La Crosse View PLUS is a subscription plan offering additional functionality beyond our complimentary app tools. These extra features expand how you can receive alerts, view and export sensor data, and allow you to turn off or control which in-app ads you receive. Our previous Enhanced and Advanced subscriptions are now considered legacy service plans and are no longer offered to new subscribers. We plan to continue supporting subscribers to these plans and their respective functionality. However, an upgrade to La Crosse View PLUS is required to access the latest features. The best way to compare and consider upgrading is to open your La Crosse View app and tap Menu -> Account -> Subscription.

If you decide to upgrade, once the terms and conditions are accepted, a prorated amount for your current subscription will either be refunded or deducted from your new subscription purchase. This process varies depending on your App Store or Google Play agreement during the purchasing process.

To check your subscription status, open your La Crosse View app and tap Menu -> Account -> Subscription. This page will tell you if you're subscribed, what plan you're on, when that plan expires, and if you're eligible for an upgrade. Tap the Upgrade option to see your current plan compared to La Crosse View PLUS.

Of course! New subscribers can try La Crosse View PLUS free for one month with unlimited access to all its features. Tap on Menu -> Account -> TRY FOR FREE to see the pricing options and agree to the terms and conditions.

Any Enhanced or Advanced legacy subscribers will not have access to a free trial; however, they will receive a prorated amount from their current subscription via refund or as a deduction from a new La Crosse View PLUS subscription purchase. Tap Menu -> Account -> Subscription for more details.

You can set up alerts by tapping on a data point in the app or manage them more directly through the main Menu -> Alerts. When setting up or adjusting a specific alert, La Crosse View PLUS subscribers can activate additional email, text, and critical alert options. Critical Alerts allow you to set special rules on your mobile device(s) to help break through the daily noise and alert you even during sleep, work, or other times when standard alerts and notifications may be silenced. They will also come through with unique La Crosse View app formatting. Setting an alert as "Critical" should be reserved for your most important data points, as these alerts will attempt to send with more urgent priority to all of the sending methods you selected, such as push, email, or text message notifications.

La Crosse View PLUS allows you to customize the type of in-app messaging and advertising you'd like to see. Simply access the app's main Menu -> Account -> Ad Settings to make your selections. These are saved with your account and will synchronize across all your devices.

However, we want to clarify that La Crosse View currently blocks all third-party advertising (even our FREE plan). The only ads you'll see are La Crosse Technology promotions, occasional special offers, educational updates, and company press releases. We recommend leaving these on to stay up to date on our latest deals and learn how to fully utilize your system with future updates.
